Game concept: Microbe

Easy game where player is microbe and his goal is move to ideal place where can cultivate.
Player can move by finger flick on touchscreen (as fruit ninja games), or use motion sensor.

Game places are air, on ground or in liguid.

Microbe can eat other microbes, but must to avoid another aggressively microbes that want eat him, deadly chemicals as (cleaners, saponates and etc).

In air movement he must avoid drop on wet places and land on special green places where is some food or ideal area for grow. And can avoid or use different air turbulences that can help him with move or move him to death.

On ground where is wet, then player is magnetized and move to in. Some wet is deadly some is good for microb live.

Player has some time that microbe live.
To extent time microbe must eat or in time found suitable place for cultivation and bring more microbes.

Game end if player lose time, is eaten by another microbe or eat deadly chemicals.

Player receive score for every eaten item, successfull cultivation, and time that live.
Time can be extended by eating or cultivating.

There can be more game variations possibilities.


Game concept: Starship Exodus

Easy played strategy game where player is captain one of thousand spaceships that flee from earth ahead form aggressive armies of unknown race, that is more technological forward than humans. And which attacked earth, but it isn´t clear what they want. If occupy it and slavery remaining people, who failed escape or only destroy planet.

Player can do different task, upgrade ship and components, combat with alien ships and would not it people if they not attack each other to raise their chances for survive.
Tutorial bring player basic game functions but it can be skipped/ended in any time.
Game have story missions that little boost player development, but tell also story that have unknown end.
There also random generated missions that will be limited numbers per day on player and classic pvp.
pvp can have two modes - basic that only count all weapons attacks, or can choose from 4 sides to attack and give more versatility about attacks and defences.

Intro:
Animation or animated pictures showing many ships that leave earth and try evade to alien ships attacks. Short text information what is happened. And end by zoom on players ship and gaming place.

Begining:
Player choose his nickname. After that receive short story tutorial that can be skipped. But if skip tutorial not receive any bonus. If complete tutorial, player receive also few good advices for game.

Exodus morphing ship:
Graphically 2D space place with shown all slots in different colors where player can rearrange items. Possibilities zoom in and out and move place horizontal and vertical.


Ship specifications:
Ship life: 1000?
Weapons slots: base 4 extensible up to 34
Armor slots: base 4 extensible up to 16
Shield slots: base 1 extensible up to 4
Engines slots: base 1 extensible up to 6
Electronic slots: base 1 extensible up to 8
Cargo slots: base 8 extensible up to 64 (every slot give also 1k capacity for currency and materials)
Special slots: base 4 extensible up to 24

Currency and materials: Credit, matter, Energy
Special material and currency: Time capsules and Dark matter.

Astro bank - buy Dark Matter:
100 - 1USD, 210 - 2USD, 550 - 5USD, 1200 - 10USD, 2600 - 20USD and 7500 - 50USD
Every login player receive in 7 days 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 Dark Matter, and after 7 days it reseted to beginning.

Battle mechanic:
Screen divide to two screens left side is attacker ship and right side defence ship.
Attacker ship atack first.
Every battle count 5 rounds and every victory in defence or attack player receive one star.
Max is 5 stars and maximum loot of enemy player ship that count 50% hiss load.
Basic chance for hit is 50%.
Weapons, Electronic can raise hit bonus.
Engines lover hit bonus for attacker.

Game has PVP ladder and mission PVE ladder.

How make ideal system, program or game

As long as use computer and see many different systems, programs and games, i see a loot of problems and not understand why that much developers still make that much mistakes.

Most of these mistakes are, that they forgot thinking for future. Then there come a loot sometimes chaotic actualizations and often more errors than fixes. Not make core safe. Forgot on compatibility and instructions uses. In way to able in future modify they leave core out accessible and vulnerable to attacks and hacks.

In my eyes it is only incompetence of those people and mainly fault main system/program designer.

Yes i knew this is little theoretical and in history there been some plans that not started or finished.
But as i see in future if still there some future for humans is, then this still one day come back.

Difference is if it system or program or game.

In system is important that system core is safe against attacks and modifications from outer side. Only programer can change core functions and abilities. And it must be done only directly - personally or with connected by direct link that cannot be harmed by hack. It´s little hard explain for me, then i use some examples.

Remember on Amiga? That have near ideal system. Start and ready near immediately from power on. Then user can choose if want gaming or work. If something wrong example virus - user can only turn off and turn on power and computer work again and clear from virus attack.
In PC can be that same.

PC have BIOS and there are tries to make solid basic system. Example: ASUS Express Gate.

In my vision there can be that basic system mechanic for future as ideal.

 Programer - is only one who can change or replace core. It can be done directly or away on safe link, that can be maked on demands. Ideal default state nobody outside unable harm, modify core. Then system, program can easily detect and destroy harm as (spam, virus, malware and etc.)

Core - is that have all possible functions and settings what functions are active or not and depend on hardware abilities. Core have all basic functions that are mostly needed for user. And have minimal size and maximum optimalization for optimal hardware resources uses. It not take any ram or disk space. Something as ASUS Express Gate, or Kickstart on Amiga, or Kernel.
Then in this point - users when some problem occur can easy shut down system and start from clear in few second and not spend hours of system installing.
Core is something between BIOS and OS or both in one. But in basic have unified operations between user and computer. It is user friendly and well logically arranged for users to use them and set them. Like locked system on phones.

SYSTEM - represent operations system additionals example as are Windows with Officess, programs or games. It depend on user what install on his computer, there also installed extend hardware drivers and extension options and modifications. Example want some futuristic system like Startrek console etc. This is special part that can be on HDD, SSD, Flash disk, CD/DVD/BRD, internet etc.
User can choose and can freely modify and also hot swap.


USER - is represent us as users or programers. In normal state we can communicate and use core in that same way as can use it SYSTEM. In user can set that core when computer or device turn on then it may automaticaly load something. USER can directly change and modify SYSTEM but unable harm CORE. If computer is hacked or under virus, user can turn computer in safe core mode and kill that harm program code in automatic loading. In this view i´m think that is easiest way how to protect data and find and kill viruses. And if virus come by user mistake then is easy repaired and user not lose much time and precious data.

It this whole i try say that want and need system that is easy use and easy for modify and when something happen then i like when use computer fully again not take me many hours but only few seconds and not must install Windows or another system. Only if i want some special design, or working as making Graphic, web pages, audio and video editing and etc.

But when i want play game, watch movie, internet, write text, basic paint something, listen music. Then when i turn on computer then in few second i can do it and not must wait when big system load. 
There is too much waste of hardware capabilities and disoptimalizations.
Now also is problem in system that is self damaged by installing and deinstallig programs and time to time i must make clear system installation that take over day or two and take over 20GB. And it is vulnerable to attacks, hacks, slow load, and waste hardware resources.

For programs and games are that same model picture as before for system. Only there is change that SYSTEM is CORE. And SYSTEM are CORE extensions and updates.
Example have database program that have 4 colums and we need 5 colums. Today normaly programers must reprogram core and there is loot of space make another mistakes. And then is normal when i update program today then often that new actualiuzation bring new bugs where before not been.
First program - no errors
Update - two errors - one is in update and one is new in that first program.
But when i have good core then Update can bring only one errors and unable make error in that first program.
And mainly i not must thing how remake something that i forgot, only do it as extension.

In games - today i have space for 9 units, but as time move players want new units, but i forgot to have future extensions and not have in main program space and functions for this. Then must hardly remake it.

But if i have core game engine and all units as system extension then i can easily change graphic and count units, and my core is still safe and stable. And also run old game on newer hardware machines. Not as today this system is unsupported and compatibility not working too.

I know it is all there written easy and in work is hard. But i know what i say and how bring it in real and functional.

I do not forgot on cheaters all system files can be protected against external modifications and game core wont run them.

Yes there is idea on for few lines but make it life and explain it whole it take more than book. And i rather explain directly and on examples.

Truth about piracy and gaming industry

(please excuse my bad English)

Gaming industry in long time say that piracy destroying it.
But that is not true.

Yes piracy damaging industry but maximally in 1/4 other 3/4 does gaming industry itself.
How? How did i know that?

I am old gaming professional with one of world biggest gaming knowledge that count around 5000 game titles on different platforms and over 28 years deep experience.

Still unsuccessful with reaching my dream job as game designer.

Problem with bad gaming industry situation isn´t in piracy or few years in economical crisis.
Mayor pars it that 99% of developers are dumb that not able use brain, or used it how make easy fast money from nothing and how effectively rob their customers. Their long time work on customers brain wash and forgoting on fans. I have big picture how games in time changed and how they changed in bad.

Most people every time use easiest/laziest way how find victim and pirates is easy target.

Yes, pirates damaging industry, but not that much and i if will be game developer not have fear from them. They can be helpful as example market feedback. They are most dynamic than classic market.

Piracy is something as natural phenomena, you must not destroy it but coexist with him.
A loot of these pirates are not thieves and bad people, but only people that not have choice in time.

It is loot ways how defend gains them or slow them.
Example: StarForce was one of best game protections on world in my opinion and experiences.
There been a loot hunt on it with fames that destroying CD/DVD mechanics and others.
True is that most companies are incompetent it correctly.

If is correctly used then there isn´t any problems on users computers.
I´m been surprised what that protection software able set when i speak with authors when i need some cooperation.

Another way is make game online. But this is not every time good idea for me.

And last way is make F2P (Free to Play) games. But with nice idea is again raped by business companies. And most of these called F2P games aren´t true F2P but hardly pay. Some lucky companies have in this model literally gold mine.

But main gaming industry problem is that, they do not able make honestly games, bring fun, happy, thing for players. They only thing money, money, money. They not make nothing new, mostly rob from something old and make remake or take only part idea. They see successful game and then clone it and think that they must bee too successfuly.

I have a loot game ideas, know how make it but i am not programer, graphic, musician. I have only knowledge to directing and how things works.

Some time ago i have hassle with gaming industry professionals and media press.
I say that i want good space strategy game, they say market is full and nobody want this stile games.
And that i do not understand gaming industry and players.  Around 3/4 year later is out this:

Yes i´m still not understand games, gaming industry and i am not have good games idea.
Have money then i will start my own game company, but there are hard times.
When big companies hardly damage gaming industry scene then there is really not certainty if really good game will success. In time i saw few really interesting games that not success. But is not fail those who make it but that others and players. There was been more stronger companies that buy space for advertisement and brain washing, loot of speaking and this small company not have that space and chances. In some time later i saw that same game model maked from somoe other that sure stealled it from these previous unsuccessful team.
It is sadly, but true.
